Welcome to Mulberry, located on 125 beautiful forested acres of the finest Indiana soil, and owned by nationally renowned veterinary technician and competitor, Shawna McClain, working in joint partnerships with the Humane Society, and the University. Considered one of the best Sport Horse Centers in the Midwest, Mulberry breeds, trains, and shows top quality sport horses in the primary event of combined training. Horses with the bloodlines of the old Irish lines, Foxmask and Superfly, and the lineage of the great racers, ApeckAbovetheRest, hold sway as some of the best horses to ever grace the sport horse world. Notorious for the bold stance on Horse Rescue, Mulberry shelters horses who have been subjected to neglect and/or abuse. After healing emotional and physical wounds, countless numbers of horses have been released into the world for a second chance. Standing as firm proof for the Cause are horses such as Ghanima and Lightfoot, champions in the combined training field. Mulberry also stands as a Sanctuary for horses who are unable to breed or show and can serve as companions or leisurely live out their lives. |
